Yes. As soon as you make any edits and press the 'submit' button the changes will be visible on the website. Please be careful to make sure all your information is correct and there are no typos. If you do make a mistake you can always go back and re-edit your listing or special offer at anytime.

These can only edited or added by our website admins. We have a variety of custom plans to suit the needs of all our advertisers. If you would like to add your listing to additional regions and categories, or to change your current selections, please contact us here.

Priority upgrade is a premium option for advertisers to make your listing/s appear at the top of all region, category and search pages in our directory. This will increase the exposure of your business to people visiting our website. If you would like to take advantage of this please contact us here. This upgrade is available to all new or existing listings in our directory.

Renewing your listing is simple. Please contact us here and we will organise a payment option and get your listing back online immediately.

We securely process all payments offline via credit card or direct deposit. Please contact us here and we will provide you with further instructions.

No. When your directory listing expires it is simply unpublished from our website and you will still be able to use it again if you decide to renew your plan.

Special offers are free with every directory listing and we highly recommend taking advantage of this feature. When you create an offer it will be published in a tab on your listing page between the start and end dates you specify. This will give visitors an extra incentive to contact your business and become a customer. Please make sure you outline exactly what your offer is, how customers can redeem it and if there are any special terms and conditions. You can create/edit offers from your user homepage and there is no limit to how many active offers you can have at any time.

We randomly display listings from first to last when a visitor clicks on a directory page. This changes on a daily basis. Priority upgrade listings will always appear first in a random order followed by regular listings.

When a visitor fills out your contact form you will be sent a message to the customer service email address specified on your listing. To ensure you receive these messages we highly recommend adding our email enquiries@weddingguide.com.au to the list of safe senders in your email program to ensure messages do not go to your junk mail. You can change this email address at anytime by editing your directory listing. Additionally, when a visitor uses your contact form, they are also sent a confirmation email with your details and a copy of their request in case they would like to contact you directly in the future.

We offer an additional service for all advertisers to have an image banner on certain pages of our website. Your banner will link back to your website providing you with a valuable backlink. The pages that your banner will appear on are completely customisable and we can even design the banner for you. Please contact us here if you are interested in this special feature and we will contact you to provide more information on measurements, pricing etc.

No. If you service customers on-site and do not have a public business address simply leave the address field in your listing blank. We do recommend providing additional instructions on how clients can get in touch with you in your description if this is the case. Your business will still be listed on all the region pages for your current plan, however there will be no map or address on your listing page.

The 'Regions' field determines which pages your listing will appear on in our directory and can only be edited by website admins. The 'Service Area' tells visitors which general areas your business services and is visible on your main listing page as well as in search results. For example your current plan may be limited to only appear on 'Brisbane' pages however you can still tell visitors you service South East Queensland under your 'Service Areas'. If you would like to increase the exposure of your listing you may be interested in upgrading your plan to cover multiple regions. Yes, we offer plans where you can create more than one separate listing for your business. If you service clients from different locations we recommend taking advantage of this. Having a separate listing for each business location gives prospective customers a more personalised experience and will increase the amount of visitors to your pages.
